Saudi Arabia has publicly beheaded a Burmese woman for the rape and murder of her six-year-old stepdaughter.
Layla binti Abdul Mutaleb Bassim was shown being dragged through a car park repeatedly screaming "I did not kill" in a video leaked onto the Internet just prior to her execution.
Authorities say Bassim violated then beat to death her husband's daughter with a broomstick.

Although she repeatedly screaming "I did not kill" before the execution but she might be without her intend to kill the kid, still she had caused the kid's death. She owed the kid's life, so has to be paid by her life.
